Meanwhile, cucumbers weighing 300 grams only contain 45 calories. So you don't need to be afraid of fat by eating cucumber. To maximize the benefits of cucumber, you should consume cucumber without peeling. Because if you peel it, it can reduce the amount of fiber and the vitamins and minerals contained in it.
