6 Tips Women's habits are always fit

They put themselves in the first place

This is not a healthy habit and happy because women have the same healthy rights as their husbands and children as human beings.

They are not afraid of fat

The type of fat you consume is more important than the amount. A low-fat diet does not seem to be more effective than a high-fat diet to help you lose weight. Regarding heart health, replacing saturated fats with refined carbohydrates, did not have a significant impact. But replacing saturated fat with unsaturated fats can reduce the risk of heart disease by 25 percent, says a new study from Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health.

They do not fight stress with pleasure for a moment

There is no harm in occasionally eating ice cream or sweet foods when you feel stressed. But this is only mildly evocative of dopamine in the brain. Dopamine is a hormone that causes a sense of satisfaction and pleasure. "It's better to do something that fosters genuine positive emotions like engaging in social activities because such activities will create a lasting sense of calm while you're still doing the activity," says sociologist Christine Carter, PhD, from UC Berkeley's Greater Good Science Center.

They use a sunscreen injection

We already know the benefits of sunscreen as a means of reducing the risk of skin cancer and prevent skin burns. Do not forget to apply sunscreen even if you are in the room or in the vehicle and also in places such as the ears, neck, back of your hands and lips (using lip balm with SPF).

They do not drink calories

That is, they consume solid foods that are completely food and do not replace them with a substitute drink. In addition to water, they only enjoy coffee and tea. In fact, juice is regarded as a bonus only, because juice removes most of the fibers contained in whole fruit.

Discipline of bedtime

Going to bed and waking up at the same time each day is important to ensure you are well rested. Lack of sleep will constantly increase the risk of heart disease, obesity, depression, diabetes and more.
