7 Foods that are not sweet but containing high sugar

To give a sweet taste, sugar is usually added to various foods and drinks.

One that most people do not realize is that almost all foods contain natural sugars in them. But the sweetness is different. Just because it does not taste sweet when eaten, not necessarily food and drink does not contain sugar at all.
