7 Yoga Poses to Increase Pregnancy Opportunities

2. Malasana

  • Lay your body on the mat, lifting your knees to your chest.
  • Turn the knee to the left and right. Repeat 10-15 times.

4. Suffi rolls

This easy movement can be done by sitting cross-legged with your hands above your knees. After that, move your body around to the right, back, left, and front. Perform this movement 10-15 times.

5. Pose the bridge

This is one of the great yoga poses for fertility. This can help the pelvic area become open and fluffy. At the same time, this pose can also help increase blood flow to increase the thyroid gland. Also, it is useful for relieving symptoms of anxiety, stress, fatigue, and depression.

Instructions:

  • Lie on your back with your knees bent with your feet flat on the floor, slightly apart.
  • Keep your arms at your sides with your palms facing up.
  • Exhale then press your lower back to the floor.
  • Lift the tailbone, buttocks, and spine off the floor to form an arch.
  • Hold this position for 1-2 minutes.
  • Slowly relax the body and finally, bring the body back to the floor.

6. Bees breathing pose

This pose helps calm the body and reduce stress, worry, and anxiety. As a result, you can increase your chances of conception.

Instructions:

  • Sit up straight with your eyes closed.
  • Place the index finger on the ear cartilage.
  • Take a deep breath and press the cartilage gently while exhaling.
  • Continue to press the cartilage outward and inward as you inhale and exhale.
  • Perform this breathing pattern for 6-7 reps.

7. Goddess pose

As a cooling, while increasing blood circulation and increasing the chances of pregnancy, this movement can be the right yoga pose for you to do.

Goddess poses you can do by:

  • Lie with your feet flat and knees bent to the side so that the entire leg forms a diamond position.
  • Put both hands on the stomach.
  • Take a deep breath and exhale slowly.
  • Perform this movement for approximately 3-5 minutes.
