Osteoarthritis (OA) is a joint limiting disease that is usually caused by excessive use of bone and is common with age. The joints are the place where they meet, from the ends of the bones to a protective tissue called cartilage. People who suffer from osteoarthritis will suffer damage to the cartilage in the bone causing the bone in the joint to rub against each other. This then causes sick, pain, stiffness, and limited bone movement.

Even so, it does not mean osteoarthritis be your barrier to enjoy a healthy life. Let's try some of these easy tips that you can apply everyday.
