9 Super Foods for Healthy Fat Babies

1. Broccoli

2. Banana

Bananas are easy to serve and practically everywhere. In addition, the carbohydrate and fiber content is also good for the baby's body. 3. Avocado

This fruit is rich in healthy fats that can support brain development, as well as a source of calories. 6. Apple

Apples have many nutrients such as potassium, phosphorus, calcium, magnesium, vitamin A, and vitamin C and other minerals that are very good for growing children. Besides being easily digested, apples also don't cause allergies for your child. You can give an apple to your child in the fifth or sixth month.

7. Sweet potatoes

Sweet potatoes contain lots of vitamin C, beta carotene, fiber, potassium, iron, and antioxidants. The sweet taste makes the baby love it. Sweet potatoes can be served by steaming until cooked and pounded, or blended into puree (porridge).

8. Egg

The main ingredients of eggs are protein, zinc, folate, and various types of vitamins that are important for baby's growth. Egg yolks contain choline and omega-3 which play a role in the development of the baby's brain. But if your child has a history of allergies or is at risk for allergies, consult with your doctor before giving them eggs.

9. Meat

Beef, fish, or chicken are sources of protein, iron, zinc, and omega-3. In order for optimal growth and development, babies need to obtain protein intake from meat regularly. Be sure to smooth the meat before serving it to the baby. You can also mix meat with mashed vegetables and breast milk.
