Basically, fruits contain lots of sugar, especially fructose and sorbitol. And if you swallow too much of these two substances, the stomach can react. Conditions can be even more uncomfortable if you already have a bad digestive condition.

1. Pears

Actually, fruits that contain lots of water and sweet taste are very good for the health of the body. Because, pears contain pectin, a type of soluble fiber that can help lower cholesterol and make you feel full longer.




That is why people who are on a diet - to lose weight or to deal with certain diseases - are recommended to consume pears.

But unfortunately, behind the good benefits, pears also contain sorbitol, which is sugar alcohol which is usually added to gum. Basically, if your stomach does not have a problem, sorbitol can help facilitate your digestive system.

When it enters the large intestine, sorbitol will ferment, causing flatulence, increasing gas production, and causing cramps in some people. 4. Mango

Almost everyone in this world likes mangoes. Its sweet and bright color tastes suitable to be processed into various dessert menus. Not surprisingly, this one tropical fruit is favored by many people. However, mango turns out to contain a lot of sugar which is not fully absorbed by the small intestine.

So, mango sugar is trapped in the large intestine, ferments, and causes a lot of gas. So, how do you keep consuming mangoes without having to worry about having flatulence?

It's easy, every time you want to eat fruits that contain sugar, in this case mango, consume as much as one cup of mango that has been cut, no more. So, you can get the right fiber, carbohydrates and sugar.
