Biphasic Sleep, Rarely Sleep Patterns Even though Many Benefits

After traveling long distances or doing heavy tasks, napping is one effective way to increase alertness. Both of these can reduce your concentration. A study from NASA (National Aeronautics and Space Administration) shows pilots who take a nap for 40 minutes become more alert.
