Do You Often get Dizzy in the Morning? Beware of These 5 Things!

The morning should begin with a fresh mind and a fit body. However, there are times when dizziness can strike when you wake up in the morning. Know the various causes so you can be more alert.

Eye view that looks blurred and head feels dizzy can be a symptom of dizziness. These conditions usually make you lazy to get out of bed and eventually fall back asleep in a very long time.

Dizziness is defined as a feeling of floating, the head feels light, or rotates. This condition is a common symptom that can be experienced by anyone, and at any time. The causes of dizziness can range from physical to psychological problems.

Conditions to watch out for can cause dizziness

Because the causes can be different for each person, then you need to understand the various causes of dizziness. The following are some of the factors that you should watch out for when dizziness strikes every morning:

1. Stress before going to bed

Nearly every person will feel stress arising from a variety of factors, both because of the pile of work, daily life and even the many demands. Remember, excessive stress can lead to depression.

You can assess the adequacy of fluid status by looking at the color of urine. If it appears light yellow, the sign of fluid in your body is enough. Whereas if the color of urine tends to be dark yellow and thick, it means you are dehydrated and need to drink more water.

4. Drink alcohol

Be careful, alcoholic beverages can cause dehydration. This results in a decrease in blood flow to the brain which causes you to have poor quality during sleep, leading to a headache when welcoming in the morning.

In addition, alcohol also has an impact on the incidence of insomnia or difficulty sleeping. As a solution, drink lots of water and vitamin C so that the next day you feel fresher and avoid feeling lazy when you wake up.

5. Drug side effects

Certain medications, such as painkillers, diuretics, and some anti-anxiety pills, can cause dizziness or mild headaches. Either because the drug directly affects your brain, slows your heart rate, or lowers your blood pressure in ways that can trigger these symptoms.

6. Heart attack or stroke

In the most serious cases, headaches can be a sign of a heart attack or stroke. Decreased blood flow to the brain which causes feeling dizzy can be caused by blood clots in the brain.

To be understood, headaches can be the only sign of a heart attack or stroke in the elderly, especially if the complaint does not improve. Whatever your age, if you experience symptoms of a heart attack or stroke, it is very important to get emergency medical help immediately.

Anemia Is a condition where your body experiences a lack of red blood cells which should function to deliver oxygen throughout the body.
