Gluten free food healthier for diabetes patients?

Is a gluten-free diet healthier?

It is unclear whether this is caused by anything on sugar-free food, or because it avoids whole grains, which are considered protective against heart disease.

One study showed, gluten may be beneficial because it lowers blood triglyceride levels. These are "bad" fats that increase the risk of heart disease.

 

What are gluten-free foods?
