Exercise can help you increase the body's immunity and make bones healthy and strong. Physical activity is considered to help remove bacteria from the lungs and airways. so that it can reduce the chance of catching a cold or other illness.

Exercise causes changes in antibodies and white blood cells (WBC). WBC is an immune system cell that fights disease. These antibodies or red blood cells circulate faster, so they can detect the disease earlier than before. A brief rise in body temperature during exercise can prevent bacterial growth. This increase in temperature can help the body fight infection better. Then, no less important, exercise slows the release of stress hormones.

  1. Diligent Hand Washing

One of the most vulnerable parts of the body to become a "nest" of the virus is the palm of the hand. Therefore, it is recommended to avoid touching eyes, nose and mouth too often. Because, it can move the virus from the hands to the eyes, nose, or mouth which then enters the body and makes you sick.

Routinely washing hands properly can be one of the best ways to protect yourself from the corona virus. The reason is, this habit can help kill germs and viruses that may be on hand, including corona virus. Make it a habit to wash your hands regularly and thoroughly using clean water and soap or alcohol-based liquids.

To avoid transmission of the virus, it is also advisable not to spend a lot of time outside the home and be sure to keep a distance of at least 1 meter from other people. If you experience symptoms such as coughing or sneezing, make it a habit to close your mouth and nose. After that, throw the coughing tissue or sneeze in the trash. Remember to always use a mask when it hurts to protect the people around you.

  1. See a Doctor when Symptoms Appear

Do an examination immediately to the nearest hospital if you experience symptoms, such as fever, cough, and difficulty breathing. The Indonesian government has appointed several corona referral hospitals. If possible, you are advised to make a telephone call first to find out complete information regarding the intended hospital.

The use of a mask is necessary if you are near people who are sick of coughing and fever, or if you are sick.

If you experience complaints that are similar to the symptoms of COVID-19, which are fever, coughing, and shortness of breath, consult a doctor immediately and don't come to work or school until you are completely healed.
