Maintaining Endurance The Body So It Is Not Easy To Sick

Endurance has an important role for you, namely to keep you healthy and prevent infection. Eating healthy foods such as fruit and vegetables, exercising regularly, fulfilling sleep needs, and taking supplements are apparently believed to be able to increase the body's ability to ward off colds and infectious infections.

The addition of supplements in the form of vitamins and minerals is needed so that the immune system can function normally, especially if the nutritional needs of daily intake are not fulfilled.

Causes of Decreased Body Resistance and How to Overcome It

Your immune system may decrease if bacteria, viruses, parasites, and fungi invade the body. All of that can certainly make you sick. Some things that cause your body's resistance to decline, such as flu outbreaks that often occur during the rainy season or winter (because the virus stays in the air longer this season), eat unhealthy foods, lack of sleep, and experience stress. Changes that occur in the surrounding environment, such as changing seasons or when entering the rainy season, can also facilitate the occurrence of infection.

For those of you who are active in doing all activities every day, it is certainly very disturbing if you are easily exposed to coughs, colds, and conditions that affect the body's resistance. Therefore, you must maintain your immune system in the following ways, including:

  • Sufficient for your fluid needs.
  • Enough sleep.
  • Eat healthy intake. Proper nutrition is very important for you so that your immune system works well. What you consume, can greatly affect your health.
  • Take food supplements or vitamins, but the effects of supplements for the body's immunity in general still need further investigation.
  • Exercise regularly. People who rarely move and spend more time sitting and lazing, are proven to be more susceptible to colds or other infectious diseases. Therefore, you are advised to exercise regularly. Sports are believed to be able to improve your overall fitness, and improve your immune system, and drive the body from various diseases and infections.
  • Do not smoke.
  • Avoid alcohol.
