Menstruation is severe

Changes in the hormones estrogen and progesterone that occur during menstruation, can cause the body to lack fluid or dehydration. When the body is dehydrated, then the chances of experiencing muscle fatigue will be greater. The risk of dehydration will increase as you have severe menstruation, where the amount of blood is spent more than usual.

Suffering from certain diseases

Muscle fatigue can also be caused by certain diseases. A person suffering from flu, anemia, Addison's disease, fibromyalgia, cerebral palsy, tuberculosis, and stroke will be more at risk for muscle fatigue.

These things can indeed trigger muscle fatigue. If this is experienced, you may experience pain, pain in certain body parts, muscle twitching, shaking, and muscle cramps.

Muscle fatigue can then lead to overall body fatigue. This can cause you to feel:

The effects of fatigue can cause your motivation to be reduced in doing an activity. Of course this will make your activity disturbed, because it has no passion to do so.

Difficult concentration and remembering a thing to do can also be experienced due to muscle fatigue. This can make it difficult for you to start an activity or finish a job on time.

How To Overcome Muscle Fatigue

If you experience symptoms of muscle fatigue, the first thing to do is to get enough rest and make sure that the body is well hydrated. Then eat nutritious and nutritious foods, to maintain your muscle health.
