Tension Headaches due to Stress? Get rid of it this way!

Overcome Headaches due to Stress

Tension headaches due to stress can occur for 30 minutes to several days. Usually, the headache does not affect your vision, balance, and strength. Although it's quite annoying, headaches due to stress don't make it difficult for you to do activities.

To relieve tension headaches due to stress, you can try the following ways:




1. Compress the head with cold or warm water

The first thing you can do to deal with tension headaches due to stress is to compress your head or forehead with a washcloth dipped in cold water or warm water. Compress the forehead for about 5-10 minutes. Besides, you can also take a shower with warm water to relieve tension headaches.

2. Improve body posture

8. Take pain medication
