  • 275 ml of coconut milk
  • 118 ml of water

How to make

  1. Puree cloves, cumin seeds, coriander seeds, chili powder, chili, and turmeric.
  2. Add the mashed spices to the hot pan, stirring the fine spices occasionally. When it's fragrant, add the garlic, oil, and onions. After the onion has begun to soften, pour the water, then stir until evenly distributed.
