Tips to Make Air More Healthy in Your Home

3. Clean the AC filter

Wash the AC filter at least every 3 months. If you have asthma or allergies, you need to clean it once a month.

4. Clean the bathroom regularly

Mushrooms are very likely to grow in the bathroom. The danger is that the fungus can cause allergic symptoms, such as coughing or sneezing, or other respiratory problems.

5. Do not carelessly choose air freshener

Even a pleasant smell can cause problems. Some air freshener has a volatile organic compound or VOC in it which can interfere with the nose and throat. Other aerosol sprays, including some health and beauty products, also contain VOC.

6. Make sure fruits and vegetables are always fresh

If you store fruit and vegetables too long, they can grow mushrooms. Frequently check stored fruits and vegetables, and dispose of if they are moldy or slimy. To keep it fresh, don't wash it before you store it, but wash it before you eat it.

7. Be careful with roaches

These insects can cause problems even after they die. When they die, their bodies break down into small pieces that can pollute the air. The same thing can happen with their shit. Roaches can enter sheets, pillows and cloth, and trigger asthma or allergic attacks.

8. Wash sheets and carpets regularly

Wash sheets, pillowcases, blankets, and carpets once a week to help remove dust, mold, mites, and other things that can affect your breathing.

9. Make sure the house is free of rubbish
