Dental floss is useful in cleaning food scraps that stick between teeth that cannot be reached when brushing teeth. When using dental floss, maybe your gums will experience a little bleeding. You don't need to worry, bleeding gums are proof that the gums are irritated by plaques that are supposed to be cleaned.
